The aptly named Tree Tops Resort sits at the base of the Great Smoky Mountains and features a one-bedroom (sleeping four), and both a two-bedroom and a treeloft pedestal (each sleeping six).
All guestrooms have a full kitchen, a gas or wood burning fireplace, a queen pullout sofa, a whirlpool tub in master bath, DVD/VCR players, and private balconies.
The property has three outdoor pools, a small pool for kids, and hot tubs. You’ll also find a putting green, a shuffleboard court, a fitness center, a playground and an indoor racquetball court.
Complimentary amenities include Wi-Fi, parking and laundry facilities. Units are cleaned after each occupant, but complimentary fresh towels and linens are available daily.
By middle of 2018 a brand new indoor pool, new hot tubs, and more will be available. The original indoor pool area, indoor racquet ball court and studio/efficiency (sleeping two) were destroyed by the Gatlinburg Fire in late November 2016. When you call to make reservations, inquire about the changes.

The Tree Tops Resort is 10.6-miles to Dollywood, 1.5-miles to The Village Shops, 1.4-miles to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, 3.2-miles to Wild Bear Falls (indoor water park), 4.2-miles to Historic Ogle Log Cabin, and 2.7-miles to the Gatlinburg Sky Lift.
