Travelodge’s are usually a great place to rest your head, clean and comfortable. This visit was neither. The state of the bathroom was not acceptable (see pictures). The shower had definitely not been cleaned either, it felt slimy to stand on.
Then when we went to get into bed, noticed a stain through the sheets (see images again). Although, the mattress protector is there to protect the mattress, it should not have been left in this state for the next visitor! Absolutely disgusting. The bed was very uncomfortable and very “worn”. Hard mattress that dipped so much in the middle it felt like a climb to your side of the bed. We were also on the “quiet floor” but got woken up at 4am by stupidly loud neighbours.
We didn’t have chance to complain as we were busy all weekend and in a rush to leave on departure. When I came to send an email there are no contact addresses, only phone numbers that charge high rates to call... I just felt the need to share this feedback to help them improve as it’s not acceptable.

Travelled for a game in Wembley. Staff were very nice and stored luggage when I arrived hours before check-in. Room was nice and clean with all amenities needed. Would stay again for another Wembley game.
