while property is older, it is clean and has the most comfortable beds I have experienced in quite a while. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location is quiet and not far from ASU campus and tourist attractions.

we only booked this hotel for 1 night. We arrived early (1 pm) but if we signed up for their bonus program we could be checked in early without extra cost.(normal check-in is 3 pm) Rooms were spacious and clean. We booked 3 rooms and we could have rooms next to each other.
The breakfast room had a pool table and nice background music. There was also a Mac-PC available for business work. For the kids there were 2 arcade machines. During breakfast the manager was always present. He observed that everything was clean and nice. If anything ran out he immediately replaced it. Small kids that had problems making hot chocolate : he helped them and offered them some extra whipped cream which he got in the back. Very nice.
The manager helped us with all questions we had about Lake Havusu City. If we ever come to this city again it will be in this hotel.
