This hotel is perfectly located near the west entrance to Joshua Tree National Park. The large room was clean, it faced a pool, and had easy access to a breakfast room. But the hotel is situated right on the main route, and early in the morning, when traffic really amped up, it sounded like we were trying to sleep in the middle of the highway. The bathroom window turned out to be a flimsy affair, built to be open at the top. The loud noises of motorcycles and truck transmissions came right in. Besides that, the breakfast offerings were pretty spare, all bread and carbs except for some hard boiled eggs. If you can book into another hotel in Yucca Valley, do it. Otherwise, bring industrial strength earplugs and expect your children to be wide awake at 5 a m.

I would not stay there again, I cleaned the hair dryer because otherwise I would not have used it, the bathroom needs a full heavy cleanup and needs to be repainted, other things were also wrong with the property
