I cant believe the condition of this place. From the torn and stained carpet, moldings falling down or missing, and general overall appearance, you want to leave as soon as you walk into your room. The best thing I can say is the staff is polite. It looks like a construction worker dorm. You cant park because of all the construction trucks taking two spaces or blocking the drive coming in. You cant sit on patio with your kids because it is the smoking and drinking deck. Just sleep in your car because it is probably in better shape.

My brother & I needed to rush down to Wilmington as our elderly father unexpectedly went into the hospital. Needless to say we were overwhelmed with stress & worry. I ended up staying at the Wilmington TownePlace Suites for 5 nights - I had only planned for 2! Every single team member I met, rallied around me & treated me like family. Warmly welcoming me every time I came in, asking how my Dad was, if there was anything they could do for us. Charmaine at the Front Desk made wonderful restaurant suggestions for whenever we actually had a moment to eat, Alyssa & Lisa at the Front Desk constantly checked on my well-being - I truly felt cared for during such a difficult time. And Debra did an amazing job keeping my room immaculate & cozy to crash into every night. Dad made an excellent recovery & I will never forget this wonderful property & these remarkable women all truly made my stay!
