We spent almost a week in this hotel, staff is extraordinary friendly and accommodating, services are great, hot breakfast is included, very good and have variety.
The place is clean just need to keep a better maintenance, a lot of not working o damage things.
Upon arrival we were assigned a room with a very small bathroom and light features non working, promptly we were move to a “special” room which was bigger and better for a family of four.
I do not know if there are different room styles, not available on their reservation web page .
Overall great service, great location, very nice staff.

We loved our stay here. A clean, modern, bright and fun room for the 3 of us. Relaxing. Highly recommend the sushi at Saga Fusion - sooooo good!! Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast waffles were fun to make. Tea was good. Coffee only ok but there’s always Starbucks. We’d definitely go back!
