We have stayed here a couple of times and are very happy with the accommodations. The suite is very roomy, something a mom traveling with three kids can appreciate!, and the beds are very comfortable. It’s a shame we have only stayed a night or two at a time because there is a kitchen, dining area, lots of closet space, and the shower/toilet are separate from the sink and vanity, which is helpful. This past visit, our television didn’t turn for optimal viewing angles as it did on our previous visit, but definitely wouldn’t let that deter us from staying here again. The complimentary breakfast is quite pleasant and there is something for everyone! I appreciate having a place to sit and eat a hot meal before heading to the parks or getting on the road back home. The only drawback for us is that there isn’t a complimentary shuttle to and from the parks, but the hotel is very close to Disney and there isn’t much traffic on the way. I guess there is one available for a fee and it must be scheduled in advance but Disney parking is included with our annual passes, so I just don’t bother with it. Overall, very nice, clean, safe place to stay!

I arrived very early to my hotel but that was expected cause I usually fly early or late flights. I checked in at the desk (also checked in via the mobile app before arriving) and since the room was not ready yet the desk clerk offered to hold my bags for me so I could go relax. After about 2 hours (I arrived at 10am) a room was ready for me and they even upgraded me free of charge which was unexpected and unnecessary. Not complaining though.
The room they gave me was a corner unit overlooking the pool side so that was nice and it was so clean and roomy. Only downside was the ice machine was at the other end of the hotel from my room but oh well. Not a detractor in my book by any means. The staff (front desk and housekeeping) we all very friendly and helpful. I was glad I chose this option instead of staying at the Swan/Dolphin resort where the conference I attend was held at. Not overcrowded and such a comfortable stay. And it was only a 10 minute Lyft ride over each day. So convenient.
Enough said. I have been very happy with the TownePlace Suites hotels for the past few years and will continue to use them as my go to.
