Improved since last year

We stayed here for five nights again. The checkin and checkout is helpful, fast, and friendly with great reception staff. No surprises! Room is well appointed and large. Beds are really comfy. Breakfast is included in price, and the nice fellow who manages it each morning is so friendly and helpful. Only down mark: Housekeeping wasn't thorough and often didn't even do basic cleaning or replenish shampoos/etc. The location of this hotel is convenient near many restaurants and shops-- and just 15 min from campus or downtown.

Excellent Towne Place

This Marriott location is very clean and the staff are super friendly! Guy (his name) was very outgoing and helpful in the breakfast area. Food was hot and serving trays were kept full. Front desk was very friendly and helpful! Rooms are good size! Thank you, Marriott for another great stay!!
