Awful for a Marriott

So disappointing, for a Marriott property, it’s not well maintained, room smelled like urine and dirty, including the rooms in need of maintenance . It needs a major overhaul.
Reminded me of a Motel 6.
This is first hotel with the Marriott name that I have stayed at, that was what I believe not up to Marriott standards.
Stay away, plenty other hotels nearby.

OK for short stay - tiny breakfast area

Arrived after midnight on a flight to FLL, so was looking for lower cost property for a quick overnight stay. Location is in the middle of nowhere. Only complaint was the TINY breakfast room. Maybe they expect everyone to take food back to their rooms since there was space for only a handful of guests to eat in the breakfast area. Very bizarre, never seen such a design. Hotel itself was average. Staff friendly.
