Good Location

We stayed here for three nights. We had a two bedroom suite. The rooms were a nice size and there was a TV in the living room area and both bedrooms. The room was clean, quiet and the beds comfortable. The breakfast was better than average and had a number of hot items to choose from along with the usual breakfast food. The hotel is walking distance to Wal-mart. This is the second time we have stayed here and would recommend it.

Rotten Customer Service

I made a reservation for a few days and the very next day we changed our mind and decided to travel in the fall instead of the summertime so we cancelled our reservation in a timely manner. The hotel refused to return our money and charged us for everyday even though the reservation was a full month in advance and we canceled within 24 hrs. I have made several complaints and they refuse to refund my money. I own timeshare with Marriot and have for over 20 years and have never had such petty service from any of the many Marriott I have dealt with in the past.
