Checking was cordial. Room was spacious (didn't use the kitchen, but it was truly a good setup for those who want to cook - complete cookware, cutlery, etc). Room temp was good and very quiet. Bed comfortable, breakfast was good. Left something in my room and, when I called after arriving home, response was unsympathetic...yes, they found it, but no, "my supervisor said you can get it back if you contact UPS and have them pick it up." Like that's worth the trouble. Poor final impression.

This is less a hotel than a way to rip people off. They charge 25$ a night to PARK your car and this is not downtown, it is a residential area. Just for that I will never stay here again, Also their room rates vary from 95$ to 330$ a.night, which means they are not in the hotel business but in the business of taking advantage of their customers. Avoid this place.
