Spent one night here prior to an early morning flight out of Logan. This was our second visit to this hotel. Check in was ok, room was very clean and comfortable. We went to the small restaurant/bar in the foyer for a glass of wine and a light dinner as we did on our first stay and were told after being seated that they could not serve any alcohol because they have a new management group and no liquor license. It was recommended that we go by hotel shuttle to a local restaurant. I went to the front desk and asked why we were not told this at check in and the young man just looked at me and mumbled something. I asked about the shuttle and he then pointed to a stack of business cards and told me to take one and call the number when we wanted to be picked up. A second young gentleman arrived from the back office and it appeared they found this situation quite amusing. (I was not amused). After grabbing a bite we called for the shuttle and were told we would be picked up in 10 minutes. After 35 minutes standing on a corner in East Boston I WAS NOT AMUSED!
Next morning front desk staff and shuttle driver could not have been nicer. New management team may want the day team to train the evening shift.

Landed at Logan airport after midnight looking for a comfortable and convenient place to sleep. Very comfortable, clean and quiet room. Service was great at that late hour. Breakfast in the morning was a great touch.
