Wow! I have never had an experience with a hotel like I recently did at the TownePlace Suites Bend! My wife and I needed a hotel for a full week at the last minute (literally) and called around trying to find a hotel with openings for each of us plus our newborn baby. I first spoke with Kim on the phone, and she eagerly assisted in finding an available room over the busy holiday weekend. Upon arrival, the staff provided unbelievable assistance and kindness. They accommodated our need for a freezer to store milk, adjusted housekeeping services to fit our baby’s schedule, and happily chatted with us any time of day or night. On top of that, the rooms were spacious, clean, and had well-stocked kitchens, and not once did we hear neighbors during the entirety of our stay. The hotel is also located conveniently to downtown, the Deschutes River, and (thankfully) Ten Barrel Brewing.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I’m a Marriott Platinum member and have stayed at plenty of hotels across the world – including two sister properties in Bend, the Fairfield Inn and SpringHill Suites – and never in my life have I encountered hotel staff as kind and helpful as those at the TownePlace Suites. I felt unbelievably valued as both an Elite member and as an everyday visitor. Thank you to Kim, Karen, Stacey, Cec, Ana, and the rest of the outstanding TownePlace Suites team!! It was an absolute pleasure staying with you last week.
