Stayed here during the balloon festival which is usually chaos but everything at the hotel seemed very well ogranized. Room was generally quiet, they started breakfast service at 3 AM on the more popular days of the balloon festival. Room was comfortable although the bathroom could maybe use an update. Easy parking and several restaurants options in the immediate area.

This is a extended stay kind of hotel, with a nice kitchen in the room. It's close to the airport, and to UNM football stadium and Isotoped Ball Park.
We got upgraded (Marriott Points) to a nice two room suite. That was great, since it was my wife and I and one kid. (Note, at least our room was a "new" layout to me, in that there were TWO bedrooms but only one bathroom, and the bathroom was off the "living room" and not one of the bedrooms).
What MOST impressed me was the staff going the extra mile. We were staying over Balloon Fiesta (we, unlike everyone else in ABQ that weekend, were NOT actually there for Balloon Fiesta), and Fiesta Activities start very very early. So the hotel adjusted the start time for Breakfast to 3 am!!! That was great! Clearly showed they recognize special needs of guests and adjust to them. Staff was wonderfully friendly (even for an early breakfast).
They offer a shuttle to the Airport on request, which would be very helpful. That is one suggestion I would have for the Management. You are pretty close to UNM athletic facilities, and could extend that shuttle service to Football games, Basketball Games, Baseball Games, Isotopes Games, etc. It's by request anyway, make that a possible request location.
Overall, a nice stay. Nice, clean, relatively new.
