We stayed for a weekend in what i thought was a beautiful boutique hotel. While the lobby was attractive, everything about this hotel was sub-optimal!! Only one of the two elevators was working....so we always needed to plan extra time going up and down etc. The front desk clerk was pleasant, but as we checked in, she had five calls she took and put on hold while checking us in. Our room was freezing cold. The cleaning crew only make our beds and changed towels...they never cleaned sink etc, or replaced the empty tissue box. We asked front desk for replacement, and they forgot to handle it. Breakfast in the Cafe was awful with service sub-par. I would highly recommend you stay away from this hotel until they do a major renovation. Even though the description says it has been renovated, it has not. Our bathroom ceiling painting was all chipped. It was awful!!!! We had friends in two other rooms and they also had similar bad experiences.

Room was clean and well appointed. Bed and pillows-perfect! The bathtub was huge and I’m going back sometime when I have time to soak in it. I valet-parked my car and was pleased with that process as well... it was easier than trying to find a parking spot during the supper hour downtown.. the staff was all very gracious.
