We stayed mid week in October and I think we were the only people in our building. The parking spots are marked with room numbers which made me a little nervous as it was clear which room we were in and the hotel office was closed at night. The room was very clean with no sign of wear and tear. We could not make use of the beach as it rained most of our trip. The bathroom was very tiny with no room for your toiletries. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice.

My family has been staying at the Three Seasons for about 12 years, visiting in the Spring and the Fall. The only way to summarize the resort is to say that it is a 'well oiled machine'. The staff is super accommodating. From the minute we were taking our luggage out of the car to the time we were leaving, we constantly had Three Seasons personnel asking if we needed assistance. The resort itself is impeccably clean and the breakfast at "Beaches" cafe was delicious (they provide a $5 voucher per day per person for breakfast or lunch). Details do matter. Each room is stocked with enough supplies (soap, shampoo, paper products etc) to last a month! It's an older resort, so it still has that 'local' feel, yet there are many new updates and amenities. Three Seasons is, by far, the best Cape Cod has to offer with a prime location right on the beach! The beach bar can be a bit loud, so taking a room further away is recommended if you prefer quiet (yet it is also nice to have nightly entertainment you can hear from your balcony). Ruth, Tom and Debbie at the front desk are more than helpful, making you feel like you are returning to visit friends each year! Already have my reservations for next year.
