The Staff is Amazing

This is such a wonderful hotel to stay at. The overall atmosphere is classy and I really enjoyed the books available in the lobby. My girlfriend and I were checked in by Nivea and she was so friendly and accommodating. She gave us a lot of tips for things to check out in Cherry Creek and if we have a chance to go check out Red Rocks. The hotel is in a great location and everyone who works there seemed to enjoy being there. I love all the natural light. Would definitely stay there again.

Best Hospitality Ever!

I am beyond impressed with the hotel, but more importantly, the staff. I booked this hotel last minute for my anniversary but had to cancel because I didn’t have anyone to watch our dog. I went to rebook after I secured accommodations for our dog but the hotel was now sold out. The team reinstated my booking and for the original price immediately...no strings attached. Carrie made us feel like A-list guests from the moment we arrived— Champagne to kick off our anniversary! The hotel is beyond beautiful and the rooms are top notch. The bar/restaurant is amazing as well! Happy Hour started at 2.

Family Activities

Rooftop Pool
The hotel's heated lap pool opens at 6 a.m. daily, closing between 9 and 10 p.m. depending on the day. Children under age 18 must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool. Towels are provided.

Family Dining

Narrative
Narrative serves innovative dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and offers both indoor and outdoor seating. It also houses an impressive wine library, with more than 750 bottles of wine on offer.

While families are welcome, we recommend Narrative for breakfast with kids; if you're looking for lunch or dinner close to the hotel, Bad Daddy's Burger Bar (located next door) might be a better option for your family.

Narrative is open 6:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Reservations are a good idea, as this restaurant is open to the public.

Kisbee on the Roof
Kisbee on the Roof serves craft cocktails, small bites, and killer views by the rooftop pool. It opens at 4 p.m. Monday to Friday, and 1 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday (weather permitting).

The Best Time to Visit
The Jacquard is consistently busy throughout the year. The best time for families to visit is, of course, the summer, when you can take advantage of the hotel pool and great weather in Denver.

Getting There
The Jacquard is located about 45 minutes from Denver International Airport. If you're not renting a car during your visit, your best mode of transportation is an Uber or Lyft. While you can take a train from the airport to Union Station, you'll still want a ride for the 15-minute drive to the hotel.

Getting Around
It's easiest to have your own vehicle in Denver, especially if planning to explore outside of the city.
