Overview

This Orange County getaway within San Clemente State Beach is about halfway between Los Angeles and San Diego. It offers plenty of throwback appeal with its collection of 1960s camping trailer rentals. They’re on dry camping sites, not hook-up sites, which means they don’t have working bathrooms (shared restroom and shower facilities are located within about 30 steps from each trailer) or electrical outlets. But they do have running water, a USB hookup, refrigerator, and stove top, and guests can rent a generator if they want air-conditioning and power outlets. Families tend to spend their days here at the beach and nights around the campfire.

Wonderful get away..

The Holidays is located inside of the San Clemente campground but with the RVs already set up. It's effortless kind of camping because all we brought was some clothes and food to BBQ. The RVs are fairly new and in awesome condition with a good size fridge and stove top. My daughter enjoyed the bunk bed in the RV. The holidays is an awesome and effortless option for families that are looking for a quick get away.

We had such a great time at The Holidays Camp Community! It made 'camping' with a 2 year old and 3 month old enjoyable. The trailer was fully stocked, so we just showed up with food and clothes. There is a shed full of games too! My 2 year old son loved riding his bike around the campsite. The beach is a short walk from the trailers. We can't wait to come back!
