The Terrace Park Suites are a kitschy, 10-unit, ground level collection of studios and one-bedroom apartments with a lot of character. Located in the Historic Old Northeast neighborhood of St. Petersburg, they are surrounded by residential neighbors and provide an easy walk downtown. The family-owned property has tropical landscaping and plenty of patio furniture to sit outside and enjoy it.

The waterfront, marina and Dali Museum are a short walk away. The Tampa Bay waterfront, with North Shore Beach and Pool and Vinoy Park, is within close proximity. Take the downtown trolley for 50 cents per person and enjoy the Sundial for shopping, dining and entertainment. The Museum of Fine Art, Mahaffey Theater, Tropicana Field, Grand Prix of St. Pete, Dali Museum and Sunken Garden are all close by. Take a farther drive for the zoo, aquarium or even venture out to the theme parks.
Festivals are offered throughout the year, such as the Blues Fest in April and Ribfest in November. Saturday mornings offer markets and you can often find live music.
