My husband & I spent one night in this hotel because we wanted to explore the city of Knoxville prior to our trip back home. We wished we could have stayed longer!!! From the time we arrived till the time we checked out, we were treated like royalty. The staff showed us the true southern hospitality & we are truly grateful for making our stay special & memorable. The room they upgraded us to was spectacular - very modern, efficient, comfortable, clean and homey! They added personal touches in the room such as the wine amenity, welcome on the TV & handwritten card. Tip: book the corner rooms that faced the World’s Fair Park - the views are awesome. The bar/restaurant serves only light meal - I wish they have a proper sit down dinner BUT the drinks are top notch & the breakfast buffet was the best we had on this trip! Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was great. Not much to look at from the outside but very very nice on the inside. Great staff. Room was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge.
Excellent experience all around.
Very good location as well. Easy walk to Old Knoxville, Market Square and the University.
