After a long trip and plane delayed we finally made it to Tanoa Skylodge Hotel, the receptionist was on the phone, there was no welcoming hello or anything, we stood infront of her she was still on the phone igoring us , then we went and sat down till she finished talking on the phone; No Hello, no greetings, I had to walk to show her my bookings that i did reserve on web, and she said we cant go in the rooms till 2 pm, I ask her nicely if we can get into the rooms need to have a shower, she said yes there is a bathroom outside the lobby while waiting for the rooms, we did not appreciat that either with the bags to take from one end to the other, i did not agree;then I asked her if the room had 2 beds and she replied you booked standed so its only a double bed, another bed was not a problem to add to my cost but its the way she said it you booked that you get that. So my daughter and i shared that bed. This is a first time i ever met up with the front desk or reception that does not take care of their clients
