I booked this hotel wanting to have a great overnight close to union square. The hotel is pretty and quaint, and staff friendly. However the bed we slept on was incredibly firm and worn out. It had a coil sticking up in the middle of my back all night long. I had very little sleep due to this. Then in the morning I got in the shower. The shower design is scary. It has a tiled raised step that is built for you to get into the deep tub. However there is no door or curtain and the glass separating the vanity and shower is only about 24 inches wide. Therefore the step and floor get saturated with water. Upon exiting the shower I slipped on this step and luckily caught myself with the hand rail, however wrenching my shoulder. I told the manager on duty, who offered to remove my resort fee, and coffee charge. This was not the experience I anticipated for a 5 star property.

Amazing Place, the staff is very nice and helpful, service is very good and the breakfast is also amazing.
We stayed there for 5 days and we loved it.
the rooms are clean and tidy. The location is close to everything you need.
