Best place to stay in Istanbul, with an amazing staff.

This place is amazing mainly because of its staff, I forgot my documents with a watch at hotel and the team has properly handed it over via courier to Dubai, special thanks to Serenay Tokac who helped me to get my stuff.

I would recommed, if you're looking for a luxurious and trusted place to stay with an amazing view in Istanbul, Swissotel is the best.

Amazing, best hotel ever

This is probably the beat hotel I have ever stayed in my life, and this is due not only to the actual infrastructure but also to its staff. Everybody goes out of their way to help you and to make your stay the most pleasant stay you can have. We stayed at the residence building, and I have to say I am so happy we stayed there, unlike the main building, it has a home feel to it, including the breakfast. Best fitness center I have ever seen in a hotel, spa is amazing. Will definitely come back ????????????????
