Given how little we paid, we were very impressed by what we found. It's a little aged but this is very clearly not a five-star hotel so I think some of the other reviewers maybe had unrealistic expectations about decor and appearance. We thought the pools were of a high standard and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the staff could not have been nicer. The shuttle service to the beach is also a great option. Places like this make family holidays really affordable for average Aussies - especially if you love spacious and well-maintained pools, and you just want to kick back and relax somewhere that isn't pretentious or overcrowded. We'll be back for sure!

We stayed here for 4 nights in the month of November.
We stayed in superior pool view room which was average, we were 2 couples and they had given us 2 single bed room, after we asked them to change they upgraded our room to laguna room which was good.
Reception staff is very helpful specially Lily.
House keeping staff was good.
Room service was not good, we asked them to give more creamer for tea, as we are Indians and doesn’t take black tea/coffee,they gave it but not that quantity we asked and for that we have to call them several times. This was the only thing we didn’t liked about this hotel.Thats the reason I decuted 1⭐️.
Rest was fine.
Pool was clean.
