Customer service should not suffer even when hotel prices are low.

The customer service when checking in and checking out of this facility is very poor they treat youre a second class citizen until you paid and then they treat you slightly nicer. When checking out make sure you scrub everything and don't listen to the cleaning staff when they tell you oh just leave it will get it because then they'll charge your card another $150 after you leave for not keeping the room clean. The customer service is poor the amount of baggage carbs is absolutely ridiculous for the amount of people in this hotel. We got scolded for checking out late because there were only two baggage carts available and both were being used when we had to check out and we had heavy cumbersome luggage that we needed a cart for. I know I will never stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend it to any of my friends or family!!!!!!

Perfect stop for overnight

This was a perfect stop to visit our kids and GBabes. Clean, recently remodeled rooms, full-size bed, mini frig, coffee in room, includes modest breakfast (+McDonald's next door) pet friendly too. Fine for the price we paid. We'll definitely be back.
