Rooms were not clean; one room had old food in the refrigerator and dirty bed linens. Hall had an odor. We would have left to find another hotel, but we arrived too late in the evening to leave. I would never stay there again.

This hotel is sub-par in my opinion. Old and in dire need of updating. We will never return. We just wanted a quick one-night stay on our way out to camping in the Swell.
First issue was parking for us. We arrived about 11pm pulling a 30' toy hauler only to find the parking lot was taped off from a recent paving. No signs indicating where we could go to park. It was sketchy pulling our rig to get behind the hotel to a large dirt parking lot in the dark. A sign or advance notification would have been nice.
Check in was OK.
Room was just OK. Beds were not very comfortable. Seemed like they were out of the 70s... Scratchy sheets, towels, but then I guess you get what you pay for.
Breakfast was a JOKE. There was nothing there. 2 bagels, one yogurt, and cereal. Everything else was gone or just not stocked. People said that nothing was there earlier either. My husband went to the desk to ask for a refill of waffle mix and the lady behind the desk just said "NO". So we ate the two bagels and the kids had cereal.
Another woman came down and went to the desk. This time the desk attendant didn't even answer the bell. So this guest called the front desk from her cell phone (smart). The lady finally SAUNTERED out of the back room and answered the phone. She told the guest they had nothing else for breakfast.
I don't know if the desk lady was just lazy or if there really weren't any more supplies. Either way, something needs changing. It was UEA, so it was a holiday in Utah and proper planning was in order.
So many guests came down to breakfast only to find cereal. Please don't advertise free breakfast, if you aren't going to deliver it. Also, that morning desk clerk should be fired, she was not very helpful to anyone that approached her. (As she sat in the back room eating her own breakfast... and wouldn't come to the desk.)
We paid about $80. Which was about $30 too much. Next time we'll go across the parking lot to the Ramada or up the hill to the Holiday Inn. Do yourself a favor, do the same and skip this joint.
