This hotel was ok. The room was pretty clean and comfy, BUT there was a clicking noise that drove me nuts. No one answered the phone downstairs. Parking is a nightmare. The spots are little and tight and I have a midsize SUV. At check out the front desk lady was nice, but could not figure out how to print our statement.

Even tho this property is at a ‘lower rate’, it definitely shows in the serious lack of guest/customer service. The room I had was terrible also. A broken ironing board, a sink that did not drain, spider webs in the bathroom, pubic hairs in the tub, no toilet paper and gross carpet. I was in town for my sisters wedding and this hotel made my trip unbearable. Sad. Will never spend my hard earned money at this property again.
