We checked into the motel and were issued two keycards. When we tried to unlock the door to our room, the green light came on, but the door would not open, and we had to ask for help from the manager. It turns out that that particular lock was tricky. Two days later, our keys stopped working and new keys had to be issued.

The room was clean and adequate. The mini fridge worked, but the microwave oven did not. And there was a missing lightbulb. The beds were new and comfortable, but that comfort was offset by terrible pillows.

In sum, it was an inexpensive motel, and we got what we paid for.

We travelled for 11 hours to this hotel, and have bugs all over the bathroom floor and on the bed and on the carpet, we had to change room three times and the only reason we did not leave was could not find a upscale hotel available, the next morning wanted to warm up some food and the microwave did not work, called front desk and he open up another room to warm my food up,the worst hotel stay I have ever had and we travel a lot, the owners should do something for customers when they have bad hotel stay such as our stay but they don’t,just say sorry,very bad experience,having a family reunion there next year but this hotel will not be on our list
