Spent the night here based on reviews of TripAdvisor. So surprised when we got here in the afternoon they had cheese ,vegetables and dip. It was good. Our room was very basic but very clean. Didn’t have breakfast here. Coffee was good. Very friendly staff.

All the staff here, including the GM staff are amazing; but the one individual who stands out is Vicki. She is on duty from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. She's awesome...Her customer service skills are unparalleled. Also, the GM needs to be commended by hiring the right staff... I've stayed in many hotels for much more than I paid here, but I am most comfortable here. They make it feel like home here... If you're in Casper, WY...This is where you need to stay...not only are the prices reasonable, but the staff are amazing...PS...stay AWAY from the Super 8 on the East Side of Casper...The West Side by the River is NOT affiliated with the Super 8 on the East side of Casper...and the East side is poorly ran and it it has bug I've never seen before....eww...Go West side in Casper by the River...you won't regret it...just sayin..and if you starve at the West side Super 8 by the River...it's your fault...they like to feed you...this is a comfortable hotel that feels like home...
