OK for the price

My wife and I are seniors with bad knees, and they put us on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Tuff to climb those stairs especially with bags. I was not fore warned when I made the reservation of a 2nd floor room and stairs.
The price was reasonable and the place was clean enough. The place seems geared for construction crew clients. I doubt we'll ever stay there again. Lesson learned, call the hotel before making res.

Staff is a Hit

Rebecca & her staff did everything possible to make my stay there enjoyable. From the moment I walked in, I was cheerfully greeted. Every question I asked was answered. Rooms are aged with a slightly musty smell (not too bad, but worth noting). I'm older with some back issues and found the bed a bit more firm than I care for. Nice place to stay on the race weekend.
