Dirty, bed bugs, left but charged for entire weekend

I am in the military and in a long distance relationship, utilizing this area as the halfway point to spend the weekends. Checked into the hotel, the elevator was dirty, the room smelt like smoke (non smoking room) and was not clean. Stains on the couch, dirt on mirror and in the sink. Entire room appeared to not have been clean. Checked the mattress and it had brown specks, indicating potential bed bugs. I went back down to the desk which was being worked by the manager and reported the problems. He was not concerned, so I asked for a refund which he denied. I was charged for the entire weekend. The manager was immoral and took advantage of the situation. I have stayed in most of the Wyndham hotels in Abilene and this is by far the worst. I have never had an experience like this. I hope no one else has to go through it.

Super 8 Run-Down-Avoid!

Soiled bed spread, spider webs, bugs, rusty refrigerator, horribly worn room, outside hall ways dirty, air conditioning units leaking all over...avoid until there is a total remodel. New manager is nice and say “We have 2 rooms now remodeled.”
