We are a family of four with two kids (6 and 8 yrs) and we stayed at Sueños Tulum in the end Oct 2019. First off, we were given a room upgrade to a junior suite with amazing ocean view. Secondly, we were more or less alone at the hotel during our one-week stay (end of low season). With this, we had the restaurant, pool, beach and staff all for ourselves, which was an absolute luxury. And the weather was perfect!

However, regardless of our luck to be alone at Sueños, this hotel is a beauty at any time. The lush garden, the beautiful beach, the rooms, the spacious outdoor areas, and everyhing else is top notch.

If you need electricity and wifi 24/7, you will most likely be disappointed as the hotel is run on solar power. For those of us who do not need it and stay at Sueños for a relaxing vacation, it's just another plus.

We will most definately come back in the future if we get the chance!

This charming boutique hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make you feel at home. The rooms were very comfortable and the property was maintained in great shape. The food, beach and, of course the adorable dogs Lobo and Chapo, made this a destination I would go back to anytime.
