When visiting a good friend’s daughter, we decided to select this hotel because it was close to her college campus. However, this would have been a great choice even if the campus had been further away. Even though we arrived a little early our room was ready and we were cheerfully checked in and off to our room in less than 5 minutes.

The hotel was very clean with modern appointments. Note that this is a dog friendly hotel and several guests had their pets. All pets that I saw were well behaved.

Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The full kitchen came stocked with flatware, cooking utensils, drink ware and place settings. My only quibble was that the A/C was a bit loud. But other than that everything worked very well.

Breakfast was included and offered a range of hot and cold items such as scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereals and a waffle station.

We enjoyed our stay would likely stay here again when visiting friends in Wilmington.

Check-in was easy and everyone was very nice. The room was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. The room was mostly clean and plenty of towels were provided. They could work a little harder on removing the mold in the shower. The pool was closed for repairs and the gym was pretty lame. Breakfast was good in the morning with plenty of choices and good coffee. The late checkout was appreciated! Not too many dining options within walking distance but plenty a short drive away.
