Suite hotels are perfect options for families, thanks to their spacious rooms and home-like atmosphere. Choose between the selections of studios, one bedroom suites, or two bedroom / two bathroom suites, which are large enough to accommodate families of any size without anybody stepping on each others’ toes. One of the best perks of the Staybridge Suites is that each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a stove, microwave oven, toaster, full refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the cooking equipment, serving dishes, and utensils you need to enjoy a nice meal in. (The only downside is that there is no oven, so don’t plan to do any baking.) Wireless internet is available in each room.
Head downstairs in the morning to fill up at the free breakfast buffet, which includes a waffles station, oatmeal bar, eggs, toast, meat, yogurt, and more — a good selection for a hotel breakfast. Tuesday through Thursday adds on an evening “Sundowner” reception where you can enjoy a free hot entree, salad bar, and beverage. Finally, the amenity the kids will be looking for — yes, the hotel features an indoor pool! Parents, you’ll be equally enthused about the hot tub. Onsite pools are a somewhat rare find in Portland, so this is definitely a favorite.

Rooms extremely clean and comfortable. Climate control, soft beds, refrigerator, cooking area, dishes and pots and pans included. It was like home away from home. Overall a great stay. I look forward to my next stay.

This hotel is nice. It offers rooms with full size refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher etc. Plates, cups, silverware etc in the room so you can prep your own food. They also offer a weekday evening social/meal on top of complimentary breakfast. Love that. The only negatives were no fan in the bathroom and the toilet paper and tissues were rough/cheap.
