We stayed at the Staybridge for a wk as we were in Madison on business. They have begun replacing carpet and sprucing the place up a bit again, so that was nice. Unfortunately, the service and hospitality were disappointing. They didn't empty the trash the whole week we were there. (Our suite had a kitchen and the trash needed emptying!) It was warm for some of the wk, so my husband's dress shirts needed to be laundered and ironed. They had NO LAUNDRY SERVICE and could not recommend a local cleaner! (The manager suggested that I wash the shirts in the washing machines available to the guests. After working 8 hour days on a trade show booth and they entertaining contacts & customers in the evening, I did not have the time or inclination to also do laundry! This is an extended stay business hotel - they need to make provisions for people to get their shirts/blouses etc. laundered!!! The complimentary breakfast had been cut way back and we were forced to eat off styrofoam with cheap plastic utensils! The staff was surly and unhelpfull. We have been staying there a week or two every year for the past few years. They need to work on training their staff, starting with management for sure. Sad situation

Clean. No complaint with the room. Full kitchen. Shuttle service to and from EPIC was a little rough. hotel serves dinner 3 nights a week, offers beer and wine during the dinner time. complimentary breakfast. Food was good. Hotel located walking distance to many restaurants, bars, grills. The Middleton Trolly is free and allows you to go access many areas of middleton. Went in may, weather was nice enough to walk around.
