We stayed 4 nights. The hotel is located close near Vauxhall Station in a quiet street. From Vauxhall you can go easily to other parts of London by underground. There is a good pub (Black dog) on the corner of the street where you can eat. Our room was situated on the backside, where we could hear the noise of the trains (only during day and evening, it is quiet at night). On our first request they gave us an other an room. You can get very good coffee and cappuccino 24/7 from the coffeemachine in the breakfast area. From Monday to Wednesday there is a happy hour with free drinks and snacks in the evening. Breakfast is OK, but we missed fresh juice.
The room has everything you need. The bed is a bit too firm for us. There was an issue about the cleaning, but the issue was addressed properly by the front desk staff.

Stayed four nights in the hotel in late October/early November. The hotel was easily reached by use of the Victoria line and about a 7 minute walk from the subway station. The location of the hotel makes it easy to tour all of London from the Subway, Bus, and rail station. The hotel itself was modern, clean and the rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The laundry room has three washers and three dryers and are free for the guest. Breakfast in the morning is good with the usual choices and well kept by the staff. The reception at night for Mon, thru Wed. is a nice touch with beer, wine and snacks provided. This is a good clean, well located hotel to make a trip to London a sucess.
