Our suite was well.appointed and comfortable. After a long day and drive, we found healthy food selections in the grocery store adjacent to the hotel, brought them back and enjoyed the space and ambience of our room. The place was full but quiet. Would be very happy to stay here again.

I am an IHG Spire member which means I have spent over 60 days in hotels this year. I have stayed at other Staybridge Suites and was very satisfied. So, satisfied that I usually try to stay at this brand. However, this particular location fell way short of my experiences else where.

Room - was clean, bed was comfortable, comfortable pillows. Shower no tub.

Breakfast bar - Not good, selection was very sparse, not even a full breakfast. It seemed to me they were trying to save money. Other Staybridge Suites has a much better selection of food and fresher food.

Pool - was closed due to maintenance most days. One day I was told it was open only to find it locked. Next day was open but still locked. Had to make extra trip to get in. The two times I went to the pool there were no towels. Even asked the second time and was told there would be towels there, got there, no towels.

Maid Service - Bed was not made, received a note saying they could not make my bed because I had personal belongings on it. It was a set of head phones? They couldn’t move them?

The next day no one showed to clean the room.

Evening social - Again poor selection of food. Other locations provided so much more. It was iif ownership took no pride in it.

Pantry - Understocked

I have stayed at Staybridge Suites in Irving Texas (Corporate owned) Dallas Airport (Franchised) and aft Lauderdale and loved them all. I was really disappointed with my stay in North Canton and most likely won’t go back there next time I have business in Canton.
