Overview

The SpringHill Suites by Marriott in downtown Prescott is curated for families. It has an indoor heated pool and whirlpool all year long. Large glass doors open out to the adjacent patio that offers a fire pit to enjoy and a BBQ grill for guests to use. Room choices include a mini-suite and one-bedroom suite. Each mini-suite includes microwave, mini-fridge, sink, pantry space, coffeemaker, hair dryer, iron and board and flat-screen, 37-inch TV. The one-bedroom suite includes a living area with fireplace, separate bedroom and Jacuzzi tub.

Great customer service

The people who work at the front desk at this hotel are really lovely. They are very helpful!

The hotel is right in the center of town and about a 15 minute drive to the college campus. The room was large and they did offer a complimentary warm breakfast. It was also convenient that there was a grocery store across the street and a fridge in the room.

The only downside about this hotel was the condition of the hotel. It was very dated and my room had a dirty pillow, which put me off. For what I paid for the hotel, I would have expected more. If you need a place to stay in the center of town, it is an OK choice, though I do not plan to return.

Very nice and clean. The staff was wonderful plus Kim who was cleaning rooms late the night we checked in and she was so pleasant to talk to even though she was working hard. She was a delight. Thanks Kim and a big Thank you to the entire staff there you made my week a great one.
