Great Staff & Service

The staff and service was outstanding. They were there to assist with every need. The bathroom being separate seemed a bit awkward. There was only a washcloth there. it should have been a Hand towel. Breakfast in the morning was great, but at times very busy; so have a bit of patience as your getting the freshest cooked food.

Bad Experience...

Bad experience ... we arrived at 15:30 and the room was not available. They released the room only at 4:15 pm. Charded two “different” deposit amounts to my credit card: $ 50 and $ 80? They could not exactly answer the reason. How can there be such clutter. I am very disappointed, it does not match the Springhill Suites chain.
