This was not a suite. This was a single room with a bathroom. The bathroom was small with little counter (‘counter’ is being generous) space. The single drawer in the wardrobe was not much bigger than a breadbox. There was a desk and chair on one side of the room. Room was dense and not much space to maneuver. Construction noise continued through late at night every night. There was also a high-pitched noise in the room and we didn’t figure out where it was coming from. Breakfast was mediocre - bagels, pancakes, and muffins were stale. Housekeeping was not completed in our room until after 5 p.m. We’ll choose a different hotel next time.

35k points to chose from JFK Nearby or Manhattan hotels!
The choice was clear and good
In the heart of newYork with reachable attractions by walking distance, which is pretty the best, healthiest and cheapest way to commute in down town NewYork...
The hotel itself is cozy and boutique with very good receptionists and clean rooms, small though hence it’s NewYork.
Breakfast is good, Laundry service and Gym in basement are OK (8$) for washing and drying.
Getting to here from JFK : I advise to use the 34th street/8th Avenue Penn station to get E line subway from and to Jamaica station and Airtrain to connect from Jamaica station to/from JFK terminals. It cost around 11$
All in all , hotel location and proximity were very good
