Let me start off by saying this hotel is nice and clean. Staff is great. Carpets in the rooms were being shampooed the day we left. However the bed and pillows are terrible. My husband and I didn’t rest well and woke up with back, neck and headache. Also we had to call for a room change because the sofa bed had springs coming through and my kids were not able to sleep on it. A roll away bed was offered so we chose this option rather than moving rooms, we were all tired and ready for bed. Also if you choose partial ocean view with a balcony, you will be facing restaurants that are across the street. Wasn’t happy with that but was nice to put our bathing suits out to dry. Also the bathroom configuration is awful. It’s directly across from the bed. So if you have to get up in the night to go to the bathroom you will wake someone up if you have to turn on the light. I used the light from my cell phone so as not to shine the light and wake up my husband or kids. It has frosted glass but the light still shines through. Breakfast was standard fare. Eggs, sausage, cereal, muffins, waffles. But the area was kept clean. Again a nice hotel but the beds and the bathroom will keep us from returning.

From check in with Gavin, to checkout with Sandra, everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and comfortable to talk to. Great location on the beach, great food choices, helpful recommendations! Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again!
