Out of necessity, I booked a night at Motel 6 in Mankato, and then spent the next two nights here. Both were clean and comfortable. Motel 6 didn’t serve breakfast so you need to account for that (it was 1/2 the price though also). The difference is in the people. Motel 6 blew us away with nice. Nice welcome, nice on requests and nice on exit. At this place, we had a grumpy welcome, grumpy kitchen, and you have to love being woken up on day of departure at 0800 by housekeeping. Why can’t they see we are checking out and check the computer to see if we are gone yet. (I know 0800 isn’t early but we had a very late night and we were on vacation. People and attitude make a big difference. Check-out was filled with additional apathy. The guy attempted to talk to me and the person on the phone at the same time. Improve your people! Reflection of poor management.

Springhill Suites is located quite near to the Mall of America, and quite closeby to the rail line that takes a person all the way downtown and drops you off right in front of the Vikings football stadium

The rooms are very quiet, very well kept...the front staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. A complimentary morning breakfast offers a diverse variety of cold and hot options.

All of this...plus a shuttle is available to take you to and from the Mall so you can shop till you drop. There is also a rail station at the Mall so you can hop on it for transport to downtown Minneapolis dropping you off directly in front of U.S. Bank Stadium

Prices are reasonable...the facility is quite comfortable. I highly recommend !!!
