Stayed at SpringHill suites Chesapeake, va, a very nice decor inside the hotel main level, and nice front counter receptionist. Front desk clerk Cassandra is a very welcoming friendly worker who you should feel proud to have on your team! She instantly made me feel like my stay would be wonderful, she has a radiant smile and a very pleasant attitude thank you!
My king bed room was spacious with a living room area and very clean, the bathroom shower was wonderful. Should be a fan in the bathroom but odd there was not. Great location to so much in Chesapeake.

The hotel was very clean. There was plenty to choose for breakfast. I am mainly writing this review to saw how great an employee was. We stayed a few months ago and Keyshawn was amazing. He kept going above and behind, helping us out. He was friendly and had a smile on his face the entire time. I watched him walk around at breakfast helping everyone by clearing their old plates for them. Coming across an employee as cheerful as he was is few and far between, anywhere you go. Thank you Springhill for hiring such an outstanding employee and for providing a great place for my family to stay.
