Stayed here one night courtesy of American Airlines... It is 15 miles from the airport so ti must be the price. No matter, got there late, dog tired, with no bags. The young lady front desk agent had 4 of us waiting, and she did a FANTASTIC job of taking care of us in a nice, friendly, patient manner. We asked for some toiiitries and she literally got on her knees and was going thru what she had, alas no tooth brushes/tooth paste. Ok, nice try. Had barely gotten to the room when a knock came, another young lady (MoD maybe?),, help out two toothbrushes and paks of tooth paste. Wow, now THAT is customer service. The hotel itself is fine, what you would expect. Hot breakfast, which was nice. But to the GM of this hotel, kudos to your night folks on Friday night, Jan 13th.

Greeted with a friendly welcome at the front desk which continued whenever I returned throughout my stay.

Overall the room and bathroom were very clean, surprisingly there was some ground-in dirt/dinge on the arms of the sofa (perhaps time for a replacement?). Mattress was very comfortable but did seem to have a depression on the one side (again perhaps time for a replacement)?).

The breakfast area was spotlessly clean and the service staff very friendly. Nice to have the option of both hot oatmeal or grits on the breakfast buffet.

Very convenient location just off I-85 and close to suburban shopping and dining.

One slight criticism, on my arrival I was welcomed as a Gold Member, but other than that verbal comment there were no additional benefits, not even a bottle of water. Seemed odd for all the times I've stayed with Marriott and received benefits at other locations.
