Been there for two nights. First night was OK but second was a nightmare. The hotel hosted a school group and we were surrounded by 11-12 year old kids living in neighboring rooms (left, right, above, opposite from us across the corridor. The noise (slamming doors, trampling feet, screming etc.) lasted the whole night through and we couldn´t sleep at all. We informed the front desk twice and told them to take appropriate action to stop the noise. Nothing happened and also the escorting teachers did not seem to care at all.... We´re regular customers with the Marriott/Bonvoy group and something similar never happened to us before. Managment did not handle the situation appropriately, I believe there have been other complaints form other guests as well... and the apology the next morning was more or less half hearted. I had at least expected to be offered a partial refund for the unbearable night but this did not happen....

The hotel is conveniently located to reach DC by offering shuttle services to the nearest metro station. It was a pity that the swimming indoor swimming pool was closed for unknown reasons. The room was space and clean. The breakfast is ok The staat provided us with all information we wanted in a friendly and professional way.
