Business visit.

Great location to convention center and city Centre. The rooms are a little tired and need some updating. The hotel staff are very helpful. Breakfast service was really great and Sofia was fantastic. I would recommend this because of the location.

Very tired rooms, loud A/C, outdated bathrooms

This hotel feels very tired. The rooms are well past their prime and the floors and hallways feel dirty and have scuff marks all over the doors. The worst bit for me was that my room (and the hallway in general) had a strong smell - sort of the smell that is used to cover up the smell of cigarette smoke. This is not acceptable if one is expecting a clean business hotel.

There was one positive aspect of my stay, and that was the service. Everybody I interacted with was friendly and very helpful. If only the staff had a better building to work with.
