The suite we got was pretty decent and bed definitely comfortable. It was nicely updated, however there was some racket going on either in the building next door or in their HVAC/fan system or something that made terrible racket off and on all night. Of course no one knew a thing about it which they are perhaps trained to say, or no one else has ever bothered to mention it. We stayed on the side where the laundry was NOT and it sounded like shoes in a dryer. Seeing as how the business next door was a mechanic shop I likened it to when they pump oil in your car but it was at all hours of the night. Earplugs relieved the issue for me. I was at a 4 due to the nice look of the room and the fact that all of the staff were very welcoming and friendly at all times, however it quickly dropped to a 3 because none of the phones in the room worked, one of the TV remotes was defective and most of all we went to make coffee and the pot was left filthy. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about. My suggestions - A- put a coffee table of some sort in your suites; It can always be moved to pull out the bed. The little patio table is not sufficient room for table space. B- Get plastic utensils you can actually cut and eat with; A fork shouldn't bend when you are trying to stab a piece of food and a knife should cut easily. The kids had syrup all over them trying to use them and I as an adult had a difficult time cutting for them. C- train your housekeeping staff better and/or go through a room to make sure they have cleaned it thoroughly. NO one likes filth- One filthy thing makes you wonder what else gets overlooked.
