We picked this hotel because of the size and style of rooms and location and both delivered.

Huge and spacious suite with one of the most comfortable hotel beds I’ve ever slept in - and big too. 2 x TVs, leather chairs, fridge, coffee maker etc all excellent. The shower and double sink great too. Lovely big balcony overlooking ocean drive with loungers and table and chairs.

All very good standard. Cleaned well every day.

My only complaint is that there is no door between the bedroom area and the shower and then just a glass partition to the toilet. We would have preferred the privacy of a door. It was a bit odd.

Location just at the end of Ocean Drive meant we were just yards from all the atmosphere. And out the back entrance we were only a short walk to Espanola Way which was amazing for good and atmosphere.

The beach service with loungers, towels and umbrellas was fantastic.

The pool was alright. A bit dated. I don’t think I would have liked a pool room. Overlooking the street was much better.

Reception staff were lovely and helpful.

Front Porch Cafe - really excellent service and food was good.

We would recommend and return.

Where do I start. This ideally placed hotel has fantastic rooms, a great pool, pool bar, restaurant and to top it all off, fantastic staff.

The team led by Gabriel the General Manager couldn’t do enough for us. Even the car park concierge, whilst not employed by IHG, were very attentive and made our stay one to remember, all for the right reasons.

From being greeted outside when we arrived, having breakfast, ordering food & drinks by the pool (even when they were supposed to have finished), everyone made myself and my family feel welcome.

This was a great base and very central for seeing the South Beach area, & with the very spacious and well fitted out rooms gave us the perfect accommodation for our stay.

To top everything off, Gabriel went above and beyond when we were let down by our hotel in Orlando. Whilst not anything to do with IHG, he personally took time to help us resolve the problem and minimise the impact of what could have been a holiday ruining situation.
