This little hotel is a nice place to stay in Fairbanks. The rooms are outdated but clean. There is plenty of space- you have a kitchen, little living room, and bedroom with good size bathroom. The sink area is large and has plenty of counter space for laying out toiletries. Zach’s restaurant was good, though service was a bit slow. They could benefit from a little extra help with snow clearing; the parking lot was not cleared well and got very slippery.

The apartment style room is perfect for our extended visit travel. We visit every year to see family and use the kitchen (basic equipment) to have smallish family meals. It is good to have a bedroom with a door for the night-owl and sleeper to share a space. It is clean and comfortable except the couch is worn with depressions at both ends, so was not as comfortable as we'd like.
