This is the best airport hotel I have stayed in & surely one of the nicest hotels overall. The staff is incredibly nice & top level trained & I have to give special thanks to Bogdan from the restaurant which has turned a boring dinner for 1 into a cheerful experience! :)
The hotel was always the option for staying since its convenient location, but now after 2 stays it’s safe to say I no longer dread the commute!

I missed my flight due to an accident. Transferred to another flight the next day. I decided to stay at Heathrow. Very easy booking on line and very comfortable room. Convenient for flying out of Terminal 5.
